With this in mind, we are providing supporters with an early update on the operation of season ticket subscriptions for the upcoming season to ensure everyone remains well informed and up to date.

Streamlining Our Ticketing Process

Many supporters will have noticed the introduction of TicketCo at the beginning of this season for match-day tickets. The response has been overwhelmingly positive, with faster gate entry, secure digital ticket delivery, and a significant reduction in administrative tasks for our dedicated volunteers. Building on this success, we will transition all season subscriptions to the TicketCo platform for the 2026/27 season. This change will standardise our systems, ensuring every supporter—whether a season ticket holder or a match-day walk-up—benefits from a seamless ticketing experience.

What This Means For You

Moving to a digital-first platform will bring several advantages to our loyal Steelmen supporters:

• Your Phone is Your Ticket: Your season pass will be stored securely in your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. This means no more worries about forgotten cards or searching through emails at the gate.
• Instant Access: Digital tickets can be issued immediately, eliminating the summer wait for postage.
• Helping the Club: Modernising our ticketing system will reduce the administrative workload for the club, freeing up resources to invest more in rugby and enhancing the stadium experience.

Physical Season Cards Still Available

We understand that for many supporters, a physical season card is an important part of the matchday tradition. Although digital tickets will be the default, we will offer a dedicated summer window for those who wish to order a printed souvenir card for a nominal fee. Further details on how to place orders will be shared closer to the time.

What You Need To Do Now

At present, no action is required. Your current subscription, managed via WooCommerce, will remain valid for the rest of the 2025/26 season. Please refrain from cancelling your payments or making any changes at this stage. We simply want to provide ample notice that a change is forthcoming.
